1.  Return & Refund policy
All bags will be inspected/checked by owner before ship out, to make sure all items ship later is in good conditions.
Return & refund policy only last for 5 working days from purchase date. No any return or exchange service will be accept or entertain after this 5 working days.
All requests will be inspect & will be process within 5 working days after received request from buyer. Owner will notify buyer for the status of return/refund progress by Whatsapp / Email / Calls.
1.1  Return / Refundable when;
-  Wrong product shipped from owner.
-  Damaged / Defective Product.
-  Damaged cause by post / courier services.
    * Take a clear picture and send it to us

1.2  Non Return / Non Refundable when;
-  Wrong product / item(s) ordered by buyer.
   * We have two options for bags, Ready Stock Bags and Pre-ordered Bags. Please check clearly before make an orders.
-  Product / item(s) damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
-  Product / item(s) damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose change of mind
-  No refundable request will be entertain for any wrong shipping location selected by buyer
    * you might need to top up for the different of shipping charges, if any caused.

1.3  General Return Conditions
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
-  The product must be unused and unworn.
-  The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
-  Sticker on the box should not be removed or altered in any form.
-  Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any increased damage to the product Material  &  Hardware destruction, defect, or deviation, we won’t fully refund the cost of any increase damage products.

1.4  Non Compensation / Compensation Status 
-  Missing parcel by Third-party signers are not accepted
    * Unless authorized to the third-party.
-  Call center exchange address
If there
 are any missing item in this parcel , please do not hesitate to contact us immediately 
    * Proof record CCTV & 
Take a clear picture and send it to us.

1.5  Cancelation Policy
-  We do not accept any cancellation.

2.  Delivery
We will process and ship out your order in between 1-3 working days, but its could take longer time if during any sales or promotion event period. Appreciate for your patients & understanding.
For  “ Pre-Order ” product / item(s) might need 1-2 months of waiting period, depend on which product category ( specially bags ). However, we will try our best to ship out your belong(s) as soon as possible.
We will ship all orders via City Link Express or Pos Laju Express, depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking code from us by the end of the day after item ship out.
You can use shipping tracking link below to check the shipping status, or you may need to contact Courier Service company with the tracking code provided for more information in case there are delays in delivery or other issues.

Product/ Item(s) will not be ship out if found any wrong shipping location selected.
